The Children’s Justice Act Committee (CJAC) is a federally mandated Task Force under the Child Abuse and Prevention Treatment Act (CAPTA). Per the federal statute, the CJAC is to conduct a triennial assessment on the State’s child welfare system. The CJAC must develop recommendations based on the findings of the assessment. Your responses to these survey questions will assist the CJAC with developing its assessment and recommendations. Thank you for your time.
