Community Nominations for the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute’s (CCAI) 2018 Angels in Adoption® Program Honorees are OPEN beginning today through April 30, 2018!
Do you know someone who is an adoption or foster care advocate and is making or has made an extraordinary contribution(s) for adoption or foster care? Nominate them as a potential Angels in Adoption® Honoree! The more nominations we receive, the more Angels in Adoption® Honorees celebrated this year!
CCAI’s signature national public awareness campaign, the Angels in Adoption® Program, allows Members of the U.S. Congress to celebrate individuals, couples and organizations that have made a difference in the lives of children in need of a family to call their own. More than 2,600 Angels have been recognized through this inspiring program since 1999.
Every fall, the Angels in Adoption® Honorees travel from all across the country to visit the nation’s capital, meet their Members of Congress and share their adoption experiences. The 2018 program will culminate with our 20th Anniversary Gala on September 26, 2018 in Washington, D.C. to celebrate our local Angels in Adoption® Honorees from across the country as well as celebrity National Angels in Adoption® Honorees.
