The MRPA provides support services to all Foster, Adoptive, Kinship, and Guardianship Families in the state of Maryland. The association is dedicated to supporting parents as they provide for the safety, permanency and well-being of Maryland’s children in out-of-home care. Membership is open to all resource parents or to those interested in becoming or supporting resource parents.
